In einem Beratungstermin lernen wir oft neue Kunden kennen, haben die Gelegenheit uns ein Bild vom Zustand der Haare zu machen und können unsere Kunden so bestens beraten mit welchen Schritten wir unser Ziel erreichen können. Die Beratung dient auch dazu den Kunden eine gute Preisabschätzung geben zu können. Ein Beratungstermin ist kostenpflichtig, da wir den Kunden enorm viel Wissen mitgeben, ihn beraten ohne zu wissen, ob wir überhaupt einen Auftrag erhalten werden. Wenn der Kunde anschliessend einen Termin bei uns bucht, schreiben wir die Beratungspauschale von 40 CHF wieder gut.

With a consulting appointment we get to know our new customers better and it is the perfect opportuntiy to assess the hair thoroughly and consult the best steps and strategies to make your hair goals come true. Furthermore, the customer also get a clearer price information after the assessment. The consulting appointment does require a consulting fee as we give customers a lot of information and show them different options what the next steps could be without being sure if the customer really books with us. If the customer makes the booking with us the consulting fee of 40 CHF is deducted from the first hairdate.

Wir leben von unserem Terminprogramm und sind froh, wenn Termine frühzeitig abgesagt oder verschoben werden. Unter 48h müssen wir den Termin verrechnen. Wir berechnen 100 CHF pro gebuchte Servicestunde. We live from our schedule and appreciate when #hairdates are rescheduled or cancelled at the earliest possible convenience. If the appointment is cancelled under 48 hours - we request a compensation of 100 CHF per booked service hour.

Yes, we offer bridal hair and make-up in our salon and as we have a seperate room we can even accomodate whole groups for their styling. Also that we are so close to the Luzerner "Rathaus" makes us the ideal salon for the bridal styling and even offer space to get changed.
